We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage front desk operations while handling inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and visitors.
Key ResponsibilitiesReception Duties
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including visitor registration and inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Maintain patient records and update appointment details accurately.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle incoming emails, courier deliveries, and administrative tasks.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
Telecalling Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Follow up with prospective and existing patients regarding consultations, treatments, and appointments.
- Respond to patient inquiries about services, timings, and general information.
- Remind patients of upcoming appointments and encourage timely visits.
- Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM or patient management system.
- Support promotional campaigns by reaching out to leads generated through marketing activities.
- Escalate patient concerns or complaints to the appropriate team when required.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Pleasant personality with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and email.
- Ability to multitask and manage appointments efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or in a similar role.
- Experience in a dermatology clinic, hospital, healthcare, wellness, or beauty industry will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Working Hours
- As per clinic/business operating hours.
- Weekly off as per company policy.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
