Job Summary
BeastDrive is seeking a proactive and results-driven Outbound Telesales Executive to engage with potential customers through outbound calls, introduce our services, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and leads.
- Introduce and explain BeastDrive's products and services.
- Generate interest and schedule follow-ups where required.
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and sales activities.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Prior experience in outbound telesales, telecalling, or inside sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
