Job Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with customer leads regularly
- Explain LandMarket services clearly to customers
- Handle property and construction-related enquiries
- Generate and maintain customer database
- Coordinate with sales and vendor teams
- Maintain daily call reports and follow-up records
- Build good relationships with customers through professional communication
- Convert enquiries into business opportunities
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
- Confident speaking and convincing ability
- Basic computer and mobile app knowledge
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma
- Experience in telecalling or sales is an added advantage
