We are looking dynamic and energetic and responsibility hotel Manager, The Hotel Manager is responsible for the management of all the operations of the organization.
The key responsible are,
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel and manage all departments such as housekeeping, front desk, and food and beverage
- Set and maintain budgets, ensuring profitability of the hotel
- Coordinate with marketing and sales department to promote the hotel’s services and boost occupancy rates
- Ensure all facilities and rooms are well maintained and meet safety standards
- Deal with customer complaints and problems swiftly and efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Train staff and organize staff schedules
- Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations to help improve customer service
- Manage contracts and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and partners
- Stay current with local competition and industry trends to ensure the hotel remains competitive
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
