The trainer will develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of our diverse student body.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver effective English language training programs.
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to student needs.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Provide feedback and guidance to help students improve their language skills.
- Organize and facilitate interactive classroom activities to enhance learning.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in English language teaching.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
