Responsabilities:- 1) Responsible for EPR compliance, filing of EPR registration application of brands. 2) Create pipeline of brands for providing EPR service. 3) Take responsibility for successful fulfilment of brands EPR target. 4) Key account management including pitching EPR service, brand onboarding and registration, EPR target fulfilment and timely reporting. 5) Developing collection back mechanism for post-consumer plastic, tyre, battery and e-waste in Kolkata. 6) Coordinate with waste collectors, scrap dealers, collection partners and recyclers. Also, collect and keep proper documentation as per pollution control board guideline. 7) Maintain adherence to compliances as per latest EPR guidelines. 8) Liasioning with ULBs, officers of pollution control board, brand owners and producers in the targeted states. 9) Handling clients queries with respect to preparation and presentation of relevant documents. 10) Provide accurate sales forecast and other reports to the management. Requirements: • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, candidate from EPR, sustainability and FMCG background will be preferred. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex and unstructured cross-functional environments. • Team player with a commitment to meeting deadlines. • Flexible for travelling. • Knowledge of MS Office is must.
