Position: Senior ERPNext Developer (ERPNext/Frappe Framework)

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced ERPNext Developer with deep expertise across all ERPNext modules and the Frappe Framework. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of ERPNext’s end-to-end data flow, system architecture, customization capabilities, and API development. The role requires the ability to modify and extend existing ERPNext functionality, develop custom modules, and build robust integrations to meet complex business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze business requirements and implement ERPNext solutions aligned with organizational needs.
* Understand and manage complete ERPNext data flow across all core modules, including:
* CRM
* Sales
* Purchase
* Inventory/Stock
* Manufacturing
* Accounting
* HR & Payroll
* Projects
* Support and other ERPNext modules
* Customize and extend standard ERPNext functionalities using the Frappe Framework.
* Override existing ERPNext modules, workflows, DocTypes, and business logic as required.
* Design and develop custom ERPNext applications and modules from scratch.
* Create, maintain, and optimize custom REST APIs for third-party integrations.
* Develop server-side scripts, custom reports, dashboards, and automation workflows.
* Integrate ERPNext with external systems such as e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, logistics providers, and other enterprise applications.
* Troubleshoot performance issues, bugs, and system bottlenecks.
* Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.
* Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide technical recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong hands-on experience with ERPNext and the Frappe Framework.
* Expert-level proficiency in Python development.
* Deep understanding of ERPNext architecture, DocTypes, Workflows, Permissions, Hooks, and Events.
* Extensive experience in:
* ERPNext customization
* Module overrides
* Custom app development
* Custom DocType creation
* Workflow customization
* Strong experience in designing and developing REST APIs within ERPNext/Frappe.
* Solid knowledge of:
* MariaDB/MySQL
* JavaScript
* HTML/CSS
* Jinja Templates
* Experience with ERPNext integrations and middleware solutions.
* Strong understanding of ERP business processes and data relationships across modules.
* Familiarity with deployment, upgrades, migrations, and version management of ERPNext instances.
* Experience with Git and software development best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working on large-scale ERPNext implementations.
* Knowledge of multi-company, multi-warehouse, manufacturing, and accounting processes.
* Experience with cloud deployment, Docker, Linux servers, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Ability to optimize and refactor existing ERPNext customizations for performance and maintainability.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
