Senior Software Engineer – Network Technology
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and scale software powering network planning, transportation execution, shipment orchestration, capacity planning, and real-time monitoring across our logistics network. You will partner with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to design, develop, and deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable transportation and network planning applications.
- Develop cloud-native solutions using AWS, serverless, and event-driven architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, drive technical design, and deliver new features.
- Conduct code reviews, improve system reliability, and champion engineering best practices.
- Analyze system performance, risks, and scalability challenges, and recommend improvements.
- Design and implement AI/LLM-powered features that automate operational workflows and optimize logistics processes.
- Drive AI-assisted engineering practices to improve development productivity and delivery efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building and operating high-traffic production applications.
- Strong experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, React, GraphQL, and AWS.
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, data structures, testing, and serverless architectures.
- Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments and delivering customer-focused solutions.
- Familiarity with modern AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-powered developer tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred
- Experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or network orchestration systems.
- Experience with remote-first teams.
- Exposure to AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms.
- Strong full-stack development experience with React and Node.js.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
