Trading Katta is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Client Relationship Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for interacting with clients, building relationships, and helping generate business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential and existing clients via phone calls.
- Explain Trading Katta services in a clear and engaging manner.
- Understand client requirements and guide them accordingly.
- Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team when required.
- Maintain client records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle client queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi or regional languages.
- Confident and pleasant speaking skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM familiarity is a plus).
- Telecalling, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
