About the Role
Amvion Labs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for passionate and customer-focused Desktop & Network Support Engineers to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical troubleshooting skills and be capable of providing onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, and IT infrastructure across client environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Install and maintain routers, switches, access points, and other network devices.
- Manage Active Directory users, groups, password resets, and Group Policies.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Perform OS installation, software deployment, system upgrades, and patch management.
- Coordinate with OEM vendors for hardware warranty and replacement.
- Monitor IT assets and maintain proper documentation.
- Update service tickets and ensure timely issue resolution as per SLA.
- Support basic server administration, backup monitoring, and virtualization (experience level dependent).
- Provide onsite support at customer locations whenever required.
- Maintain excellent customer service and communicate effectively with end users.

Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. (Computer Science, IT, Electronics or related discipline)
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft, CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 0–2 Years: Desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, Windows OS, and basic networking.
- 2–5 Years: IT infrastructure support, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, network troubleshooting, and client support.
- 5+ Years: Advanced network administration, server management, firewall configuration, virtualization, and technical leadership.
