Overview
The company is looking for a strategic and analytical Treasury Manager to oversee the company's liquidity management, FX hedging, and fund flows across multiple jurisdictions. With our growing company platform and increasing use of stablecoins and digital assets in cross-border settlements, we are seeking someone who combines traditional treasury expertise with hands-on experience in crypto and digital asset management.

Responsibilities
- Manage company's daily treasury operations including cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and fund reconciliation across all operating entities and currencies.
- Oversee multi-currency wallet balances across the company platform, ensuring sufficient liquidity in each corridor to meet settlement obligations in real time.
- Develop and implement FX risk management strategies, including spot, forward, and hedging instruments to minimise currency exposure.
- Manage the company's digital asset treasury including stablecoin (USDC, USDT) holdings, crypto-to-fiat conversion workflows, and on/off ramp operations.
- Execute and oversee crypto trading activities to optimise settlement costs and maintain liquidity buffers across payment corridors.
- Build and maintain relationships with banking partners, crypto exchanges, OTC desks, and liquidity providers.
- Prepare regular treasury reports for the CFO and Board, including liquidity dashboards, exposure summaries, and FX P&L analysis.
- Design and enforce treasury policies, counterparty risk frameworks, and cash management SOPs.
- Collaborate with the Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams to align treasury strategy with regulatory requirements across FCA, FINTRAC, and other jurisdictions.
- Lead the evaluation and onboarding of new treasury technology tools, including TMS platforms and DeFi-adjacent liquidity solutions.
- Support audit and regulatory examinations by providing documentation of treasury controls and fund flows.
Must-Have Skills
- 6+ years of treasury management experience, with at least 2 years in a fintech, digital asset, or payments environment.
- Proven hands-on experience with cryptocurrency trading, stablecoin settlements, and digital asset treasury management.
- Deep understanding of FX markets, hedging strategies, and multi-currency fund management.
- Experience with crypto exchanges (Binance, Kraken, Coinbase Prime) and OTC trading desks.
- Strong knowledge of treasury management systems (TMS) and financial modelling.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for holding and managing digital assets under FCA, FINTRAC, or equivalent frameworks.
- Strong attention to detail, risk awareness, and the ability to operate in a high-velocity payment environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex treasury concepts for non-finance stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- CFA, ACT (Association of Corporate Treasurers), or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL or financial BI tools is an advantage.
