We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee the company's accounting, finance, taxation, compliance, and financial planning activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, MIS reporting, budgeting, and working capital management. Experience in e-commerce, trading, or retail businesses will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage daily cash flow.
- Prepare MIS reports, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor working capital, inventory valuation, and profitability.
- Coordinate with external auditors, Chartered Accountants, banks, and government authorities.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping in Tally Prime/ERP systems.
- Monitor inventory accounting and cost controls.
- Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Establish and improve internal financial controls and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial and taxation regulations.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
