Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and close deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in client interactions, and the ability to sell digital marketing and branding solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate quality leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and other outbound methods.
- Identify potential clients and schedule meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing, branding, and website development solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals successfully.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM or spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong lead generation and client relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
- Experience in Digital Marketing, IT Services, Website Development, or Advertising Agency sales will be an added advantage.
