Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead hotel onboarding and supply acquisition. The role involves identifying, pitching, and onboarding hotel partners onto our platform, ensuring strong relationships and high-quality inventory growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to onboard hotels and expand supply Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
Pitch platform value proposition and negotiate commercial terms
Manage end-to-end onboarding process (contracting, documentation, go-live) Ensure quality of listings including content, pricing, and availability
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners and decision-makers Collaborate with internal teams (operations, content, revenue) for smooth onboarding
Monitor competition and market trends to optimize acquisition strategies Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly onboarding targets
Identify and acquire new hotel partners in assigned territories
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
3–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or hotel partnerships Prior experience in travel-tech, OTA, or hospitality industry preferred
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proven track record of achieving sales/onboarding targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
