Job Title: Corporate Finance Head
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Planning: Lead long-term financial planning, capital allocation, and enterprise-wide budgeting to support the Chairman's strategic vision.
- Investment & M&A Appraisal: Spearhead financial modeling for potential mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, SPV’s and new business ventures / expansions. Explore business areas with revenue modelling / analytics / matrices. Evaluate all probabilities of ROI, NPV, and IRR metrics for new projects.
- Capital Structuring & Treasury: Optimize debt-to-equity ratios, oversee banking relationships, and manage liquidity and fund raising for group companies. Spearhead corporate funding, debt syndication, and private equity raising. Optimize liquidity and manage working capital flow seamlessly .
- Management Information Systems (MIS) & Analytics: Design and maintain high-level dashboards to provide the Chairman with real-time financial health updates, operational efficiency metrics, and risk analysis.
- Performance Monitoring: Review financial performance across various business units, identifying cost-reduction opportunities and profitability drivers.
- Corporate Governance & Compliance: Ensure that all group activities adhere to corporate governance standards, regulatory frameworks, and statutory compliance.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is strictly mandatory. (Additional credentials like CFA, CS, or MBA in Finance required.) Finance specialization from reputed institutes like IIM – Joka etc. will be preferred.
- Experience: Minimum (10 - 15) years of post-qualification experience, preferably within a large conglomerate, consulting firm, or corporate role in a similar role based-out of Kolkata / East India will be preferred.
- Skills Required: Exceptional proficiency in financial modeling, advanced MS Excel, and corporate law/taxation.
- Soft Skills: Superior executive presence, negotiation abilities, and the capacity to present complex financial data clearly to the Chairman and the board.
Pay: ₹175,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
