We're hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer calls, WhatsApp/email enquiries, CRM data entry, and office admin support.
Key Skills Required:
Customer relations — building trust and handling enquiries professionally
Calling — confident inbound/outbound calling skills
Data entry — accurate and fast, with attention to detail
Data upload — comfortable uploading and updating records in company systems
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree (any discipline). Freshers welcome.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, Full-Time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000/month + performance incentives
