Job Summary
The Junior Sales Executive (General Trade ) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing distributors and dealers, managing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires regular field visits, market development activities, lead conversion, and CRM management to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
· Identify and generate new business opportunities in assigned territories.
· Develop and expand distributor, dealer, retailer, and institutional customer networks.
· Conduct regular customer meetings and market visits.
· Present company products and solutions to prospective customers.
· Convert inquiries into orders through effective follow-up and relationship management.
· Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
Customer Relationship Management
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
· Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly.
· Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Development
· Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors.
· Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
· Identify opportunities for market expansion and new product penetration.
CRM & Reporting
· Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
· Update sales activities, meetings, follow-ups, and opportunities regularly.
· Prepare daily visit reports, weekly sales reports, and monthly performance reports.
· Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast future business opportunities.
Target Achievement
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Meet KPIs related to revenue generation, customer acquisition, and collection performance.
· Support the organization in achieving overall business objectives.

Educational Qualification
· Graduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
· MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred but not mandatory.
