The Plant Head is responsible for end-to-end management of the sheet metal manufacturing plant, ensuring achievement of production, quality, cost, delivery, safety, and people objectives. This role leads all plant functions from raw material receipt to finished goods dispatch and drives continuous improvement and profitability.
