Job Description – Post-Tensioning Designer
A. Position Summary
We are looking for a Post-Tensioning Designer for Dynamic Prestress (India) Pvt. Ltd. The position is based at Nashik.
The Post-Tensioning Designer will be responsible for designing post-tensioning systems for commercial Buildings, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The role includes structural analysis, preparation of tendon layouts, design calculations, coordination with consultants, and providing technical support to execution teams while ensuring compliance with applicable codes, project specifications, and quality standards.

B. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare post-tensioning designs for slabs, beams, transfer girders, foundations, podiums, and other structural elements.
- Perform structural analysis and design calculations using engineering software.
- Prepare tendon layouts, tendon profiles, stressing sequences, anchorage layouts, and reinforcement details.
- Review structural drawings and coordinate with consultants before initiating PT design.
- Optimize PT designs for safety, economy, and constructability.
- Ensure compliance with IS Codes, PTI recommendations, ACI, Eurocodes, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, structural consultants, project managers, and execution teams.
- Review drawings prepared by PT Draftsmen before issue.
- Provide technical support during execution, stressing operations, and site coordination.
- Resolve technical queries and incorporate design revisions as required.
- Prepare design reports, calculation sheets, quantity estimations, and technical documentation.
- Maintain proper design records, revision history, and project documentation.
- Follow Quality Management System (QMS), Safety, and company procedures.
- Support value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.

E. Other Information

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
