Profile - HR Recruiter
Location - Karol Bagh, Delhi
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in recruitment consultancy or BPO. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring, non-IT recruitment, and EdTech hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bulk hiring requirements within defined timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in a Recruitment is mandatory.
- Proven experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in EdTech hiring and Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
