- Manage and operate all online selling platforms and marketplaces.
- Upload and update product listings, including product titles, descriptions, images, sizes, colors, prices, and inventory.
- Manage orders from order placement to dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team for timely order processing.
- Monitor stock availability and update inventory across all platforms.
- Handle product returns, cancellations, exchanges, and customer complaints.
- Check and resolve wrong, damaged, missing, or incomplete return parcels.
- Monitor marketplace performance, sales, orders, returns, cancellations, and ratings.
- Ensure products are properly visible and searchable on online marketplaces.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
