The Junior Resident BAMS Doctor will be part of the clinical team and will assist the senior doctors in the day-to-day care of patients undergoing Ayurvedic treatment.
The role includes taking basic patient history, checking general condition and vital signs, attending routine patient concerns, and updating the senior doctor whenever any important clinical issue is noticed.
The doctor will help coordinate prescribed medicines and therapies with the treatment team and ensure that instructions given by the senior doctors are properly followed.
Basic clinical documentation such as case sheet updates, progress notes, treatment records and discharge-related entries should be completed clearly and on time.
The Junior Resident will also communicate with patients regarding their treatment schedule, medicines, diet advice and general precautions in a polite and reassuring manner.
The doctor may assist in inpatient rounds, treatment monitoring and basic first-line assessment whenever a patient requires medical attention during duty hours.
The role also involves working closely with therapists, pharmacy, front office, kitchen and other departments whenever coordination is required for patient care.
The Junior Resident is expected to follow the clinical protocols, patient-safety practices and documentation standards of Dheemahi Ayurvedic Pvt. Ltd.
Qualification: BAMS with valid registration.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience, preferably in an Ayurvedic hospital, Panchakarma centre or inpatient treatment facility.
A friendly attitude, good communication skills, willingness to learn and the ability to work comfortably as part of a team are important for this position.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,500.00 per month
