*Job Summary:*
We are looking for a skilled Civil Supervisor to manage and supervise on-site civil construction activities for industrial plants and factory projects. The candidate will ensure execution as per drawings, maintain quality standards, and follow all safety regulations while meeting project timelines.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Supervise daily civil construction work at industrial plant/factory sites
* Ensure execution as per approved drawings, layouts, and specifications
* Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams
* Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of activities
* Maintain quality control and ensure adherence to project standards
* Enforce safety rules and ensure proper site discipline
* Manage labor workforce and track productivity
* Ensure proper utilization of materials and avoid wastage
* Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues
* Maintain daily reports, site records, and documentation
*Required Skills:*
* Strong knowledge of civil construction in industrial plant/factory projects
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings
* Good supervision and workforce management skills
* Understanding of safety and quality standards
* Strong coordination and communication skills
* Problem-solving and decision-making ability
*Qualifications:*
* Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
* 3-6 years of experience in industrial plant or factory construction
*Preferred:*
* Experience in factory setup, plant expansion, or maintenance projects
* Knowledge of industrial safety norms and compliance
* Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
