Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and corporate clients.
- Conduct product presentations and explain solar solutions to prospective customers.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the solar industry or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for business development (preferred).
