Key Responsibilities1. Core HR & Talent Acquisition
- Blue-Collar & White-Collar Recruitment: End-to-end sourcing, screening, and onboarding of contractual workers, factory laborers (on-roll/off-roll), and technical plant staff.
- Attendance & Time-Office Management: Managing biometric attendance tracking daily, auditing shift timings, and preparing monthly attendance sheets for payroll.
- Onboarding & Exit Formalities: Handling joining documentation, reference checks, plant safety induction alignment, and smooth offboarding/full & final settlements.
2. Plant Administration & Facility Management
- Contractual Labor Management: Coordinating with labor contractors for manpower planning, checking contractor bills, and maintaining worker ID cards.
- Housekeeping & Security: Overlooking daily plant cleanliness, sanitation, and security operations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Vendor & Asset Management: Coordinating with external vendors for plant office supplies, stationery, and routine equipment maintenance.
3. Compliance & Documentation
- Statutory Compliance: Assisting in maintaining records required under the Factories Act, Employee State Insurance (ESI), Provident Fund (PF), and Payment of Wages Act.
- Register Maintenance: Keeping physical and digital employee databases up to date (e.g., Leave registers, Muster rolls, accident registers).
- Audit Support: Preparing documentation file checks for routine labor and external safety compliance audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA / B.Com / BA). An MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources (PGDHRM) / Labor Laws is highly preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience working in a factory environment or manufacturing plant is a major advantage.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel (for attendance records, databases, and reporting).
- Hands-on experience with Biometric Time-Office software or HRMS tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills to handle both factory floor labor and management.
- Problem-solving attitude with the ability to manage disputes calmly.
- Excellent command over local languages (essential for worker communication) along with basic professional English
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
