Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Generate and maintain customer leads.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Maintain visitor records and customer databases.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead management.
- Handle basic administrative and front-office tasks.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Receptionist, Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary: As per industry standands
