The Regional Program Coordinator at Green Future Collective will be the eyes and ears for the team on ground. Their role is to assist in the implementation of organisational activities and supervise the process in the region. Liaising with government officials will be a core component of work.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
- Act as the line manager for the team of Community Outreach Consultants/ Field workers at Khurja, providing daily supervision, support, and mentorship;
- Coordinate community mobilization, stakeholder engagement, and awareness activities in line with Green Future Collective’s mission and project plans.
- Act as an intermediary between government representatives and field-level functionaries
- Collect and review weekly reports/data from team members for submission to the program team.
- Document any other report as required under the awareness program
- Lead and oversee field implementation of outreach, awareness, and behavior change campaigns across locations in the region.
- Plan, capture, and share at least one engaging videos per week showcasing community activities—using a smartphone and relevant social media platforms.
- Monitor performance of field teams, ensure quality, and resolve field-level challenges.
- Conduct regular field visits to provide guidance and check progress on-ground.
- Represent Green Future Collective in meetings with local officials, community leaders, and partners as delegated.
- Support recruitment, orientation, and on-the-job training of outreach staff and wastepreneurs.
- Foster a positive, energetic team environment while achieving project milestones and targets.
