ob SummaryWe are seeking an ambitious and organized Human Resources Associate to join our HR department. You will support the HR and Recruiting teams with day-to-day operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and HR record-keeping to help build a thriving workplace.
- Recruitment Support: Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct reference checks to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the onboarding process, conduct new-hire orientations, process employment contracts, and handle exit interviews.
- Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits enrollment, explain coverage details, and act as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant employee records, both physical and within our HRIS software.
- General HR Support: Assist in developing training programs, answering internal HR queries, and tracking general departmental performance metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- 1-3 years of HR experience or related administrative support preferred.
- Familiarity with employment laws, HR software, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive, confidential information.
