Main Job responsibility:
· Understanding and handling patient needs and suggesting the appropriate treatment options within the company network of hospitals and doctors.
· Explain procedures or prescribed treatments to patients.
· Prompt patient service & coordination from India and abroad within a specific turnaround time.
· Coordinate communication between patients and network healthcare facilities.
· Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications, and transactions according to company policies and procedures in CRM
· Generate business from international and domestic markets for the company and associated network.
· Drive revenue and ethically achieve sales targets. Yes, there will be targets.
· Coordination and managing channel partners.
Skills Required
· Outstanding medical knowledge
· Excellent persuasive skills
· Excellent communication skills, written & oral
· Fluency in the English language is a must. Expertise in additional languages is definitely a preference.
· Good in MS office tools like MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
· Comfortable using or learning IT systems like CRM.
· Strong problem-solving and creative skills.
· Highly adapt in a teamwork environment.
· An ability to stay calm under pressure and keep to deadlines
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
