Position: Branch Incharge/Manager –Thrissur
KLM Assets Fin is looking for an experienced Branch Manager/Incharge to lead and oversee branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer experience. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a chit fund organization.
Location: Westfort, Thrissur
Preference: Local candidates from nearest places and those available for immediate joining
Role Overview:
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling branch activities, guiding the team, achieving business targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily functioning of the branch and ensure smooth operations
- Drive achievement of monthly and annual subscription targets
- Develop and maintain strong connections with customers and prospects
- Address client concerns, resolve issues, and enhance service quality
- Ensure timely collection of installments and reduce overdue accounts
- Work closely with field teams to strengthen recovery performance
- Assign responsibilities and evaluate staff productivity
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies
- Inspire and lead the team towards achieving business objectives
- Track branch performance and implement corrective measures
- Take proactive steps to control delinquencies and financial risks
