Job Overview
Team Arts Group is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication, business development, lead generation, and achieving sales targets. Candidates with experience in field sales, B2B sales, facility services, solar solutions, CCTV, HVAC, or related industries will be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, references, calls, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions and quotations.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of orders and services.
- Maintain client database and daily sales reports.
- Follow up on inquiries, pending quotations, and payment collections.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in sales/business development will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates from Solar, CCTV, HVAC, Facility Management, Electrical, or Technical Sales background preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
