As a Program/Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires utilizing established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. The position demands continuous coordination with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines, while proactively addressing any challenges that may arise to keep the program or project on track and within scope.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and ability to apply agile methodologies effectively.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies within project environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to facilitate collaboration.
- Capability to use project management tools and software to track progress and report status.
- Ability to analyze project metrics and implement corrective actions to meet objectives.
