We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Video Editor with 3+ years of relevant experience in podcast and long-form video editing. The role requires strong expertise in end-to-end podcast production workflows, motion graphics, and visual storytelling, along with the ability to manage high-volume content production while maintaining exceptional quality and meeting delivery timelines.
The role demands candidates who are capable of independently managing podcast deliverables while collaborating closely with the editing team to ensure timely, high-quality output and someone who can balance creativity with efficiency, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain consistency across all content formats.
Responsibilities:
● Edit and produce high-quality podcast episodes from raw footage to final delivery.
● Manage end-to-end podcast production workflows, including editing, color correction, audio synchronization, graphics integration, and final exports.
● Coordinate daily with the editing team to track progress, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain delivery quality standards.
● Create engaging trailer cuts and short-form content (Reels) from long-form podcast episodes.
● Apply motion graphics, visual enhancements, and storytelling techniques to improve audience engagement and content retention.
● Collaborate with content, creative, and marketing teams to understand content objectives and deliver impactful video assets.
● Contribute creative ideas to improve content quality, storytelling, and audience engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on video editing experience of 3+ years, with strong expertise in podcast-style and long-form content editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Motion Graphics
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Telugu & English (spoken, reading, and writing).
- Experience handling end-to-end podcast production independently.
- Strong creative eye with excellent storytelling, pacing, and visual composition skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced agency, media, content production, or digital marketing environments is preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing podcast, long-form, corporate, or documentary-style video editing projects
Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
