Description:
"Knowledge Base: > 5+ years’ experience
- Senior Workday professional with deep Implementation and maintenance experience on Workday HCM module
- Must have lead multiple implementations end to end
- Configuration experience working (some or most) on functional areas like: Core HCM, Compensation, Time tracking, Benefits, Payroll, Security administration etc.,
- Work with recruitment/talent management to configure and update workflows, rules, validation, notifications etc.,
- Work experience integrating Workday with other ERP and enterprise systems using APIs, Integration templates, connectors etc.,
- Analyze complex integrations and predict the release impacts in advance and plan for regression testing as needed
- Be an active part of workday community to find industry trending solutions for problem statements and come up with recommendations for betterment of the Workday implementation
- Ability to manage and maintain data in compliance with regulatory needs of the organization and geographic location
- Support end user education and Issue resolution
- L2 Support - Provide full service L2 support needed for end users that includes debugging, triage, escalation, resolution, deployment or configuration changes, document Root causes for future needs
- L3 Support - Collaborate with Vendor support and product teams to adjust and enhance workflows, configurations and features as requested by the business stakeholders
- Capture end user requirements for enhancements (SRs) and if needed work with vendors to get the requirement configured as desired by business
- Exposure on ServiceNow to support the maintenance needs"
Preferred:
- Experience working in a healthcare organization or regulated industry.
- Familiarity with Workday business processes, security, integrations, and reporting.
- Knowledge of Agile development practices and experience in collaborative project delivery.
- Exposure to AI/ML capabilities in Workday or related platforms (e.g., sentiment analysis, automation triggers, smart suggestions).
- Understanding of Workday release management and feature enablement.
Pay: ₹526,208.82 - ₹1,582,904.56 per year
