Salary: ₹7–10 LPA (Depending on interview performance)
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Purpose:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior CAD Design Engineer with strong experience in the automotive domain and advanced proficiency in Siemens NX. The candidate will be responsible for leading design development of vehicle components, ensuring design feasibility, and supporting end-to-end product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of automotive components, mechanisms, and trims for electric 2W/3W vehicles using NX
- Create and review detailed 2D drawings along with complete design documentation
- Collaborate with Engineering, Styling, and Manufacturing teams for design integration and feasibility
- Conduct design reviews and provide technical inputs for product improvement
- Participate in packaging studies and ensure proper component integration
- Drive prototyping, validation, and design modifications based on testing feedback
- Ensure adherence to GD&T standards, tolerances, and manufacturing feasibility (DFM/DFA)
- Optimize designs for cost, quality, and performance
- Mentor junior designers and review their work for accuracy and efficiency
- Stay updated with latest automotive design trends, materials, and technologies
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Software Expertise:
- Advanced proficiency in Siemens NX
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of GD&T principles
- Hands-on experience in sheet metal and injection moulding design
- Good knowledge of automotive component design, packaging, and integration
- Exposure to prototyping and validation processes
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and cost optimization
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Leadership ability with experience mentoring team members
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and ownership-driven approach
Preferred (Good to Have):
- * Experience in Electric Vehicle (2W/3W) industry
- * Exposure to PLM tools and BOM management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
