Position Summary
The IT Administrator & Administration Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of the organization's IT infrastructure and day-to-day administrative operations. The role requires maintaining technology systems, providing user support, managing company assets, and coordinating administrative facilities to support business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
A. Information Technology Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, Wi-Fi networks, and other IT assets.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Provide technical support to employees for email, internet, applications, and system-related issues.
- Maintain asset inventory and records of IT equipment.
- Coordinate with external vendors for AMC, repairs, software licenses, and procurement.
- Monitor data backup processes and ensure cybersecurity best practices.
- Support website administration and digital platforms used by the organization.
- Assist in implementation of ERP, CRM, attendance systems, and other business applications.
- Manage user access rights, email accounts, and system credentials.
- Ensure smooth functioning of CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, and office networking infrastructure.
B. Administration Responsibilities
- Manage office maintenance and ensure proper functioning of facilities.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, courier, and vendor services.
- Maintain records of office assets, stationery, and consumables.
- Support travel bookings, hotel arrangements, and logistics coordination.
- Supervise repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with landlords, facility vendors, and service providers.
- Assist in gate pass management, visitor management, and office access controls.
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to office administration.
- Support events, meetings, employee engagement activities, and organizational requirements.
C. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain IT and administrative MIS reports.
- Prepare monthly asset status reports and expense trackers.
- Maintain vendor contracts, invoices, and service records.
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance requirements.

Educational Qualification

Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in IT Administration and General Administration.
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Corporate Office environments will be preferred.
