Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatcher oversees household goods (HHG) move operations from start to finish, ensuring seamless coordination between customers and movers. This role includes managing and tracking each move, assigning jobs to crews, monitoring job progress in real time, handling additional hours, calculating bills and maintaining clear communication to deliver a high-quality customer experience
- Must be confident conducting video presentations and pre-screening U.S.-based crew members to meet company standards and project needs
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism.
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with online tools
