We are looking for a dynamic, personable, and organized Patient Treatment Coordinator & Clinic Administrator to join our growing dental practice.
This is a patient-facing role that combines customer relations, treatment coordination, and clinic administration. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with patients, explaining treatment plans, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth patient experience from consultation to treatment completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients professionally and courteously
- Explain proposed dental treatments and treatment plans in an easy-to-understand manner
- Discuss treatment charges, payment options, and scheduling
- Coordinate appointments and manage the clinic schedule efficiently
- Follow up with patients regarding treatment acceptance, appointments, and post-treatment care
- Handle patient queries, concerns, and feedback
- Maintain patient records and ensure smooth administrative operations
- Support the clinic team in delivering an exceptional patient experience
- Build and maintain long-term patient relationships
Eligibility
- Dental graduates (BDS) are encouraged to apply
- Graduates from other streams with strong communication and interpersonal skills are also welcome
- Prior experience in healthcare, patient coordination, customer relations, front office, hospitality, or administration is preferred but not mandatory

- Ability to explain treatments and costs confidently and empathetically
