Role Overview
Biofrost is expanding its digital and offline sales from Mumbai across India. We are hiring a sharp Operations Coordinator to keep our daily business moving smoothly. You will act as the central anchor in our Chembur office, monitoring the performance of our Digital and Field Managers, tracking daily operational metrics, and handling the initial screening for our growing field teams.
Job Location: Chembur, Mumbai (On-site)
Key Responsibilities
Operations Monitoring: Track daily/weekly KPIs for the Digital and Field Managers. Verify field logs, attendance, and digital lead reports to ensure targets are met.
Hiring Coordination: Source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct initial phone interviews for new field sales hires in expansion cities.
Reporting: Maintain internal trackers and flag any operational delays or performance gaps directly to ownership.
Requirements :
1–3 years of experience in operations, HR coordination, or startup admin roles.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Highly organized, objective, and comfortable holding teams accountable.
