Job Title: Operations & HR Executive

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with founders, clients, and internal teams, ensuring timely follow-ups and seamless communication.
- Manage HR operations, including recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Draft, review, and maintain agreements, contracts, offer letters, and other official documents.
- Prepare and issue invoices, track payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support founders with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, vendors, and partners as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
