Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SEO & Local Listing Expert who can take ownership of our website’s organic growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving search engine rankings, increasing website traffic, and managing local business listings across platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Management
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO for the company website
- Conduct keyword research (focus on software services, IT solutions, etc.)
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog sections
- Improve technical SEO (site speed, indexing, schema, crawlability)
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions
Local SEO & Listings
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (GBP)
- Create and maintain listings on platforms like Justdial, IndiaMART, Clutch, etc.
- Ensure NAP consistency (Name, Address, Phone Number)
- Generate and manage customer reviews and ratings
Content & Strategy
- Plan and execute SEO content strategy
- Work with content writers for blogs, landing pages, and case studies
- Identify new opportunities for organic growth
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console
- Prepare weekly/monthly SEO reports
- Suggest actionable improvements based on data
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals (On-page + Off-page + Technical SEO)
- Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console & Google Analytics
- Knowledge of local SEO and citation building
- Basic understanding of HTML, website structure, and CMS (WordPress preferred)
Good to Have
- Experience in IT / Software Services SEO
- Knowledge of international SEO
- Familiarity with conversion optimization (CRO)
- Experience handling B2B lead generation
