The Test Drive Coordinator is responsible for managing and assisting customers during vehicle test drives. They ensure the safety of the vehicle, guide customers about vehicle features, and coordinate test drive schedules with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage customer test drives at the dealership.
- Brief customers about vehicle features, controls, and safety before the test drive.
- Accompany customers during the test drive and provide guidance if required.
- Ensure all test drive vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for use.
- Maintain proper records of test drives and customer details.
- Ensure safety rules and dealership policies are followed during test drives.
- Coordinate with the sales team for scheduling and customer handling.
- Report any damage or issues in test drive vehicles immediately.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle features
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Valid driving license
- Responsible and safety-focused attitude
