Role: Production Manager
Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu
Job Description:
1. Own and drive the HI production calendar: plan, schedule, and monitor daily/weekly output
targets across the manufacturing floor
2. Work seamlessly with the existing manufacturing, logistics, and RM teams - acting as a
bridge between shop floor and operational commitments
3. Bring deep hands-on knowledge of wood processing - sawing, seasoning, veneering,
lamination, CNC machining, finishing, and assembly - to oversee and improve existing
processes.
4. Define and enforce in-process and final quality inspection standards for all home interior
products.
5. Conduct root cause analysis for quality rejections, customer returns, and rework incidents,
and implement corrective actions
6. Track key production KPIs (OEE, yield rate, rejection %, on-time delivery) and present
regular performance reviews to leadership
7. Foster a culture of accountability, quality ownership, and continuous improvement
8. Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure the production feasibility of new SKUs
and custom interior projects
Requirements:
1. 5 to 8 years of production / manufacturing experience in furniture, modular interiors,
architectural woodwork, or allied wood-based industries
2. Experience with CNC programming, edge-banding machines, and automated finishing lines
3. Demonstrated experience working within an established, scaled manufacturing environment
