Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity takeoffs and BOQ from drawings
- Estimate material, labor, and project costs
- Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures
- Coordinate with site engineers and procurement team
- Track material usage and site progress
- Assist in tendering and quotation analysis
- Maintain project documentation and reports
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Experience in construction estimation and billing
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
