The Godown In-charge will manage all day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inventory control, and dispatching. The ideal candidate ensures zero shrinkage, accurate record-keeping, and the seamless flow of goods
- Inventory Management: Oversee physical verification, stock reconciliation, and cycle counts to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
- Goods Receipt & Dispatch: Manage the loading and unloading of materials, verify delivery notes (GRN), and ensure timely dispatches.
- Warehouse Operations: Enforce proper stacking, labeling, and spatial organization. Ensure FIFO or FEFO methods are applied to stock.
- Team Supervision: Lead and train warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor safety and compliance protocols.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily inward/outward registers and update ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or advanced MS Excel files
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
