Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) to support the growth of our Import & Export Division. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, sourcing products, and driving sales in domestic and international markets, particularly in Chemicals, Food Chemicals, and Agrochemicals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and trade partners.
- Conduct market research to identify potential products, buyers, and suppliers.
- Handle sourcing, procurement, sales, and business negotiations.
- Coordinate export-import documentation and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Import-Export, Logistics, or related industries.
- Preference for candidates with exposure to Chemicals, Food Chemicals, or Agrochemicals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of international trade procedures and documentation.
- Graduate degree required; MBA in Marketing, International Business, Chemistry, or related fields preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Proficiency in local/regional languages is an added advantage.

- Agrochemicals (Pesticides, Fertilizers, Herbicides, Insecticides)
