Job Overview:
We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Executive with experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, especially Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a focus on lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search & Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Generate high-quality leads for real estate projects
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI
- Handle property listings on portals like Magicbricks, 99acres, Housing.com, etc.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Good understanding of lead generation strategies
- Analytical mindset with ability to track and improve campaign performance
- Immediate joiner preferred
