We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Field Sales Executive (only for men) to lead and expand our sales operations in the field. The ideal candidate should have strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit clients and prospects regularly to promote company products/services
Generate new leads and convert them into sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Identify new business opportunities and market trends
Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management
Guide and support junior sales executives (if applicable)
Requirements:
Proven experience in field sales or a similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle pressure
Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory
Target-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2–5+ years of experience in sales (preferably field sales)
Knowledge of local market and customer network
