- Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess applicant qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordination: Schedule technical and managerial interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a positive interview experience.
- Offers & Onboarding: Negotiate salaries, extend job offers, and facilitate joining formalities and orientations.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain the pipeline of passive talent for future openings.
