Role Purpose
Dedicated manpower to run the department's ageing and dead stock control plan. The existing 250-day ageing cycle isn't tight enough for the FY push; this role is what makes the faster tracking cycles below actually sustainable
Key Responsibilities
● Stock Recall: Identify idle-but-compatible glass/case stock at stores, recall it, and reassign to current models before it ages out.
● 15-Day Tracking: Track every unit for 15 days after dispatch; follow up directly if unsold. Special-request products are monitored from day one.
● Store-Wise Ageing Review: Review ageing value store by store, flag rising trends early, before they become dead stock.
● Weekly Reporting: Pull and consolidate weekly system reports on all tracked stock; present ageing trends and flagged stores to the department head.
Requirements
● Working knowledge of ERP/inventory systems and Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivots).
● Detail-oriented, disciplined with repetitive daily/weekly tracking.
● Strong follow-up and coordination skills with store staff and TLs.
● Retail inventory or warehouse experience preferred.
● Willing to travel for store-level stock verification.
